Hair Re-Do: All service adjustments must be preformed within one week of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied.



Appointments:  We allow 15 minutes grace period for late arrivals; following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment.



Product Policy: Exchanges only taken with unopened/undamaged products.
